  • Two Decade Long Client Adds In-Law Suite

    Location: Wellesley
    Feinmann created a beautiful and functional in-law suite for a families’ aging parents in Wellesley, MA. Generally speaking, most aging parents are moving from a larger space to a smaller space, and when downsizing, creating a sense of spaciousness is one of the most important elements besides functionality, accessibility, and comfort, all which were careful considerations as we worked together. A client since 1993, we gracefully integrated the in-law suite with the rest of the house by adding an additional 750 sq. ft of living space including a master bedroom, closets, bathroom, living area, study, and kitchen.
