Assistant Project ManagerOverview
Feinmann Inc. is seeking a detail-driven Assistant Project Manager to support our production team in delivering high-end residential remodeling projects. This role partners closely with a Senior Project Manager, clients, trade partners, and internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly, efficiently, and with exceptional client experience.

Local candidates only. This is not a commercial construction role — high-end residential remodeling experience is required.
What You’ll Do
- Support project managers in overseeing residential remodeling projects from planning through completion.
- Assist in maintaining project schedules, budgets, logs, and documentation using project management software (e.g., Excel, SmartSheets, TEAMs).
- Coordinate daily tasks with site supervisors and trade partners to keep work progressing on schedule.
- Assist with inspections, permits, and ensuring code compliance.
- Provide professional, proactive communication with clients regarding updates, next steps, and expectations.
- Help maintain safe, clean, well-organized jobsites that reflect Feinmann’s quality standards.
- Identify issues early and work with the team to resolve them efficiently.

Feinmann is seeking a Residential Construction Project Manager to help lead complex, high-end remodeling projects throughout Greater Boston. This role is for a construction professional with residential remodeling experience who can support planning, scheduling, trade coordination, and client communication. Experience working in occupied homes is required. Please note: only candidates currently residing in MA will be considered — relocation is not available.
Responsibilities
- Support the management of residential remodeling projects from pre-construction through closeout
- Assist in maintaining budgets, schedules, and job costing
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure sequencing aligns with project plans
- Monitor quality standards and code compliance
- Communicate directly with homeowners regarding progress and next steps
- Partner with designers, architects, and senior leadership
