Responsibilities
- Lead carpentry teams and subcontractors on high-end residential remodeling projects
- Oversee site logistics and daily project schedules, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and team members
- Perform high-quality installations to meet and exceed client expectations
- Manage punch lists and final project details
- Enforce job site safety and mentor junior team members
Qualifications
- 5+ years of carpentry experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Experience in high-end residential remodeling
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must have a full set of tools, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation

Are you a talented carpenter passionate about craftsmanship and collaboration? Feinmann is looking for a Skilled Residential Carpenter to work on high-end remodeling projects from kitchens and baths to full home additions.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to all phases of carpentry for luxury remodeling projects
- Assist in kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and interior work
- Follow project plans and uphold Feinmann’s high-quality standards
- Collaborate with lead carpenters, designers, and subcontractors
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Use hand and power tools with accuracy and minimal supervision
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Qualifications
