Project Manager & Developer

Tim L. brings a wealth of hands-on experience and leadership to his Project Manager and Developer role. With a background as a lifelong carpenter and former cabinet company owner, he understands every detail that goes into delivering high-quality craftsmanship and seamless project execution.

In his current role, Tim ensures that each client’s vision is clearly understood and expertly brought to life. He oversees selection management, budget adherence, and timely project completion while effectively coordinating teams and logistics.

Tim was drawn to Feinmann’s employee-owned structure and close-knit team, which reflect a deep commitment to excellence and collaboration. His favorite aspect of the job is forming strong relationships with clients and guiding them through the remodeling process confidently and clearly.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time outdoors, whether hiking or gardening.
