Nichole serves as Business Operations Manager at Feinmann, where she helps ensure the company’s day-to-day operations run efficiently while supporting the continued growth of the employee-owned organization. Her responsibilities span human resources, ESOP administration, office operations, systems and process improvements, and oversight of the accounting team, creating the structure that allows every department to perform at its best.
Before joining Feinmann, Nichole spent 12 years on Martha’s Vineyard working in the hospitality industry, where she built a strong foundation in business management and operations. She was drawn to Feinmann by her longstanding interest in residential construction and the built environment, as well as the company’s exceptional portfolio, collaborative culture, and employee ownership model.
As a member of the leadership team, Nichole enjoys working across every department, helping improve processes, supporting employees, and contributing to the company’s continued success. She values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both the organization and the people who make it thrive.
Nichole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and has completed coursework in artificial intelligence. She plans to continue her studies in AI to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support innovation across Feinmann’s operations.
Outside of work, Nichole enjoys practicing yoga, cooking, traveling, and discovering new places and experiences.
