For over three decades, Feinmann has completed many great projects in the Greater Boston Area. Below, we feature some of our favorite kitchen and bathroom remodels in the town of Arlington, Massachusetts.
Elegant Craftsmen Home Remodel
Feinmann remodeled this craftsman style home by reconfiguring its spaces so the homeowner could socialize and entertain at ease. We accomplished this by relocating the bathroom, adding a powder room, and building a family room addition that connected with the kitchen and yard to create an open concept of living.
Saying Goodbye to Walls for Family Living
For a repeat client, we reconfigured and remodeled the first floor of their Arlington home to make it ideal for cooking and entertaining. We did this by removing several walls that connected the kitchen, dining room, and sunroom, and adding a half bathroom. These changes created an open feel with lots of light that connected the main living spaces and made the bathroom more accessible to guests.
We transformed a small outdated 1870’s Victorian home kitchen into a modern one with high-end cabinetry and professional-grade equipment. We created a sleek, modern look that would integrate harmoniously with the rest of the home’s traditional aesthetic. The new kitchen is light, spacious and highly functional, with generous windows and ample counter space.
We created a modern, spacious master bathroom on the second floor of a 19th century Colonial home in the historic district of Arlington. The homeowner requested a scheme with a masculine aesthetic, additional storage, a high-end steam shower, and a secondary laundry area. To create the master bathroom, Feinmann significantly reconfigured the second story floor plan.
