Feinmann’s connection with North Bennet Street School goes back a long way. Peter Feinmann received a certificate of carpentry from NBSS in 1982. Not long after he founded the firm, Feinmann, Inc., and in the early 1990s adopted the design/build business model. He has been honored with the Distinguished Alumni Award (2008), served on the NBSS Board of Trustees and has participated in the annual Evening of Traditional Craft for students and alumni for several years. “NBSS’s mission resonates strongly with me and I want to support the school as it trains more talented craftspeople in Massachusetts and beyond,” Peter Feinmann has said.
