Feinmann, Inc. Wins the Coveted 2018 PRISM Award for Best Bathroom Remodel

Feinmann, Inc. is honored to have received the Silver 2018 PRISM Award for Best Bathroom Remodel between $75k and $125k. The PRISM Awards recognize the finest projects and outstanding achievements of builders, developers, project owners, architects, land planners, marketing/advertising firms, interior designers, remodelers, and other professionals in the home building industry.

   

Our winning project called “Minimalistic Masterpiece Meets Modern Warmth” showcases the transformation of a once traditional, second-floor, family bathroom into a clean, open and modern space for the family to enjoy.

Feinmann, Inc. Wins Gold 2018 Master Design Award: Kitchen More Than $150,000

Feinmann, Inc. recently won a prestigious, national, Qualified Remodeler Master Design Award. Showcasing creative solutions in the construction of extraordinary projects, we won a Gold Award in the Category of Kitchen More Than $150,000. 

The project called “Hosting Haven Meets Artistic Angles” was the transformation of a once cramped kitchen with limited prep and storage space, a cramped kitchen and cluttered dining room, to a beautiful, open space for entertaining and gathering of friends and family.

Feinmann Receives Highest Honors – NARI National CotY Award for Residential Kitchen in Boston

Feinmann was recently awarded the NARI National CotY Award for Residential Kitchen $100,001 to $150,000, for the Boston condo located at Commonwealth Ave. in Boston, MA. This award is presented annually to 40 members who have demonstrated exceptional work throughout their remodeling projects, and dedication and commitment to “Remodeling Done Right” which is NARI’s promise and tagline. An impartial panel of judges, who are experts within the industry and associated fields, selected winners based on problem solving, functionality, aesthetics, craftsmanship, innovation, the degree of difficulty and entry presentation.

“We are truly honored to receive this award. Truthfully, the credit goes to our amazing team of in-house architects, designers, and builders who creatively delivered a solution that spoke to the needs of the client and how they use the space. Saying this project was transformational is an understatement”, said Peter Feinmann, President of Feinmann and Board Member of EM NARI.

Feinmann wins 2018 Regional CotY Award

We’re excited to announce that Feinmann was recently named a 2018 Regional CotY winner. Presented by NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) Feinmann was selected as a Region 1 Northeast winner for Residential Kitchen remodels ranging between $100,001 and $150,000.

Out of 400 entries, the CotY (Contractor of the Year) award was granted to Feinmann for our work on a Boston condo kitchen remodel at Commonwealth Avenue.

 

Implementing white lacquer cabinets, Caesarstone countertops and herringbone laid tile, the judges were impressed with Feinmann’s complete transformation of this modern, streamlined space — which also won a 2017 Gold PRISM Award for Best Kitchen Remodel.

Feinmann Wins Three PRISM Awards from BRAGB

2017 Gold PRISM LogoFeinmann was recognized for professional excellence with two coveted Gold PRISM Awards and one Silver PRISM Award at the BRAGB gala event on October 12, 2017. Hosted by the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB), the PRISM Awards celebrate the finest projects and outstanding achievements of builders, developers, architects, remodelers and interior designers.

Feinmann won one Gold PRISM Award in the category Best Kitchen Remodel between $125,000 and $150,000 for our Glossy Galley project in Boston. Feinmann won Silver in the category Best Kitchen Remodel between $150,000 and $200,000 for our Arlington kitchen project. Finally, Feinmann’s other Gold PRISM Award was in the category Best Bath between $75,000 and $125,000 for our Venerated Victorian Master Bath in Newton.

Qualified Remodeler Names Feinmann One of the Top 500 Remodelers in US

Qualified Remodelers Magazine recently announced their annual list of The Top 500 Remodelers in the U.S. Feinmann was one of 13 companies from Massachusetts ranked on the list at #283. The list includes design/build firms like Feinmann as well as window and door companies, roofers, and other companies in the construction industry reporting revenue from their remodeling jobs. Overall the list shows that the remodeling industry is busy servicing customers nationwide. 

Feinmann participates in QR’s survey and ranking as well as Remodeling Magazine’s annual list. “Participating help us see how our peers and competitors are running their companies. These competitions help us see how we can better serve our clients and improve their experience,” said Peter Feinmann, founder and President of Feinmann, Inc.

 

 

Feinmann Wins National 2017 Chrysalis Award for Remodeling Excellence

Feinmann has won a National 2017 Chrysalis Award for Remodeling Excellence. The addition to a Newton split-level earned top honors in the entire nation in the Addition Over $250,000 category. There were 400 projects submitted for Chrysalis Awards in 15 categories. 80 remodeling companies from across the country were named winners. A panel of remodeling industry experts judged the project entries in a blind evaluation. Entries were judged on overall design, the creative use of space and materials, and the degree to which the project enhanced the original structure.

“Feinmann has won 10 Chrysalis Awards since 2002, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to professionalism and excellence,” said Ken Kanline, director of the awards program. The Chrysalis Awards, begun in 1994, recognizes the national remodeling industry’s best work in fifteen general categories of residential and commercial projects. The Chrysalis Awards are open to every professional remodeler an design professional in the United States.

Feinmann Wins Two Gold CotY Awards from EM NARI

Feinmann has earned two 2017 Gold CotY (Contractor of the Year) Awards from EM NARI. CotY Awards were presented at EM NARI’s Evening of Excellence event on Wednesday, March 29th at the Clarke Showroom in Milford, MA. This year there were 100 projects submitted for CotY Awards across 19 categories. A panel of eight independent reviewers judged the project entries in a blind evaluation. Feinmann was a Gold CotY Award winner for Residential Addition over $200,000, recognized for our Newton project, Splitting the Difference. A 1950s split-level was saved from the wrecking ball with a light-filled, two-story 968 square foot addition including a new kitchen. High ceilings, a zero-clearance fireplace and large windows bring this Mid-Century home into the 21st century. A guest room, playroom with doors to the backyard, full bath and laundry room complete the renovation on the lower level.

Feinmann was also a Gold CotY Award winner for Entire House over $500,000 for our River View project in Concord, to be published this fall in Boston HOME Magazine.

Feinmann’s Swank & Private Master Bath Wins 2016 Gold PRISM Award

2016 PRISM LogoFeinmann has been awarded a 2016 Gold PRISM Award from the Builders and Remodelers Association of Greater Boston (BRAGB) for their Swank & Private Master Bath in a Lexington, MA home. The category was Best Residential Bath, $75,000 to $125,000.

 

The owners of an eclectic style house sought to reconfigure their upstairs to provide space for a new master bath and to provide them with privacy as the house only had one second floor bathroom. The solution entailed enclosing an awkward two-story atrium foyer which allowed the upstairs rooms to shift. The provided a way to expand the master bedroom to include a new walk-in closet while incorporating the old closet into a new, spacious master bathroom. Read more…
