Field report: Belmont, MA Kitchen Addition

Ever wonder what a kitchen addition in progress looks like?  Feinmann Design|Build thought you might.  We’re making  a great change to a kitchen in Belmont, MA this month.  The cramped space in this kitchen lacked working surface area for our clients who love to entertain. By adding only three feet and six inches to the existing kitchen, we are allowing space for a whole new island, area for coats/boots, and more cabinetry . We saved our clients time and money by simply removing sections of decking in order to build the foundation for the addition.  This minimized a lot of additional landscape work and saved the deck which was only five years old. It is fun to provide this type of creative solutions for our clients!
